Mon Ami is dedicated to preserving the quality of life, dignity and independence of the elderly. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients. The staff of Mon Ami will provide seniors with the assistance, safety and dignity they deserve in their current living environment. Mon Ami will offer services for individuals living within the Shreveport/Bossier area.

Services can be arranged for a few hours, a week, or as many as 24 hours a day.

Mon Ami Services

Homemaker Services: A service intended to maintain, strengthen and safeguard household functioning and independent living for individuals who need either temporary assistance due to illness or long-term care. Homemakers will perform home management functions that may include light household chores, meal preparation and transportation.

Personal Caregiver Services: A service intended to provide company to the elderly in a protective and supervisory capacity. The emphasis is on supervision and companionship. A personal caregiver provides support with basic personal care needs such as eating, dressing, bathing, meal preparation, transportation and assistance with medication reminders.

Accessing Care

We work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction. We encourage clients and families to communicate their concerns and needs to us.

Regular supervisory visits are conducted. These are done to reevaluate the needs of the clients and to ensure that the proper level of care is being provided.
